Loudoun Pediatric Speech Services offers individual speech and language intervention for children as well as guidance and support for their families . Parents can expect a free phone consultation, a thorough evaluation and report, an individual treatment plan, and weekly therapy sessions with detailed home exercises.  In an effort to treat the whole child, referrals to related professionals are provided when necessary.

American Sign Language is used frequently as a bridge to spoken communication within the context of therapy.  In addition, Loudoun Pediatric Speech Services offers classes to parents and children who wish to learn American Sign Language for a variety of purposes in the home and community.  Individual and group classes are available.


Loudoun Pediatric Speech Services is a solo practitioner practice, owned and operated by Maureen Leang MA CCC-SLP.  This practice is the result of Maureen’s passion for making an impact on children’s lives through the power of communication.  Maureen Leang is certified in PROMPT and Beckman Oral Motor, with additional education in American Sign Language, sensory integration and sensory motor principles, Floortime, play as therapy, auditory processing, and functional vision.
